After login in to the app it will display a list of open orders assigned to your carrier.

Touch the order
that is being pickup or delivered to view the complete details |

Touch a piece to view the complete details about the item
|
 |
Select View alert on the shipment details page to pull up the alert
(note that you must have a internet connection to view the alert) |

Click on process in the top right corner to start the paperwork
Fill out the driver checklist question

Take a picture of the product after it is delivered

Select Pass To Customer and have the customer fill out the checklist questions |
 |
Have customer touch select here to sign waybill & checklist
Then they you there finger to create a signature on the device |
 |

Pass the device back to the driver.
Then enter in the name of the person that signed for the shipment
Fill out time on site and comments and then select send. |

Then click on save and it will send the information TechTrans if you have a internet connection or the next time you have the app open and internet connections
